I always have some general themes to try out but to get the best results we should work with ideas which are dear to you, ideas you feel strongly about - writing them down would be a good start and, while you do that, why not write down all things that you like - activities, persons, cultural or industrial products - things that influenced/inspired you.

Once we have some text we can develop and weave those ideas into the picture material from session(s).
